Temporary Consultants
Many clients already have the optimum number of permanent employees on board , but need to increase headcount temporarily. This temporary increase may support a new contract or a new internal application requirement and is beyond the capabilities of the existing staff. Regardless of the reason, Achieve-it frequently provides temporary staff contracts from 3 months to multiple year engagements, based on the needs of the client. We specialize in staffing requirements that are urgent, and need to be filled immediately. We also specialize in hard to find skill-sets in the IT and finance or accounting domains.

Permanent Employees
Many of our clients have no interest in consultants, they only want permanent employees who will stay with the company well into the future. These companies are typically growing at a rapid rate. Additionally, they may not have the internal resources to recruit these employees, or their internal recruiters cannot manage 100% of the hiring. Sometimes, there is a unique or complex skill-set necessary to keep a project on schedule. Temp-Perm Consultants
Some of our clients want the best of both worlds! They ask for a hybrid between the above 2 models. Thus, our candidate starts as a consultant, and typically after 6-12 months, an offer is made by the client for the consultant to switch to permanent employee status. This is also called a “try-buy,” and it works in the favor of both the consultant and the client because both sides gains experience for a specified amount of time before a permanent commitment is made. This model has worked well for clients that need the ultimate in flexibility for their hiring needs.
